Returns & Refunds Policy
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged or with missing pieces, contact us at customerservice@tatidastore.com and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be complete (all pieces and accessories included).
To start a return, contact us at customerservice@tatidastore.com with your order number.
Refund method
- Within 14 days of delivery: full refund to your original payment method.
- Between 15 and 30 days: store credit for the full value of the product.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on products that are incomplete or missing pieces (unless they arrived that way).
How Long Refunds Take
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
