How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
- Portugal: €5.99
- European Union: €7.99
- Rest of the world: €9.30
All orders are shipped via CTT (Portuguese postal service) with tracking included.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times after shipping:
- Portugal: 1-2 business days
- Europe: approximately 3 business days
- Rest of the world: approximately 5 business days
Do you ship to the United States?
We currently do not ship to the United States.

What is a Hunt Game?
A Hunt Game is a set of 100 tiny numbered figures that you hide around a space for others to find. Each set comes with 4 tracking sheets and a sheer mesh bag with satin ribbon. It works like a scavenger hunt or Easter egg hunt, but with collectible mini figures.
How big are the figures?
- Ducks and Bunnies: approximately 1.6 x 1.6 cm
- Turtles: approximately 2.0 x 1.5 cm
Are the figures safe for children?
The figures contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.
Where are your products made?
All our products are designed and 3D printed in Coimbra, Portugal. Made in the EU.
What material are the figures made of?
Our figures are 3D printed using PLA, a plant-based biodegradable plastic. It is non-toxic, odorless, and safe for everyday handling.
Can I request a custom or personalized order?
We do not offer personalized or custom orders at this time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
- Within 14 days of delivery: full refund
- Between 15 and 30 days: store credit
Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Contact us and we will send a replacement at no extra cost. Please include photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
